Arena Breakdown:

The First Niagara Center has 18,690 seats in 327 sections.

Best and Worst Seats:

The best seats are located in the center of the rink in Sections 105 and 117.
The worst seats are located in the end of the arena in Sections 301-303, 309-311, 315-317 and 323- 325.

Arena Levels:

100 Level

Located in Sections 104 to 106 and 116 to 118, these seats are close to the rink and are located along the sides of the arena. These are the preferred seats in the arena for hockey.

Lower Corners: These seats are located in the corners and ends of the arena. They are Sections 100 to 103, 107 to 115, and 119 to 123.

200 Club Level – Premium Seating/Suites

These seats are located just above the 100 Level and offer views from all angles of the venue. They include club seats, Harbor Club Boxes, and 200 Level Boxes. Club members are provided with amenities such as; In-seat wait service, Lexus Club access, pre-game buffets, and reserved parking.

Suites

The suites are located between the 200 and 300 Levels and offer luxury amenities. They are numbered rooms  from 1 to 80 and seating capacity varies by suite type. Suiteholders are provided with amenities that include; Lexus Club access, in-suite dining, and VIP parking.

300 Level

Better Seats – These are located in the upper deck are located along the sides and corners of the arena. They are: Sections 301 to 311 and 315 to 325.

Remaining Seats – These are located in the upper deck and are located in the ends of the arena. They are: Sections 300, 3112 to 314, 326, and 327.

ADA/Handicap Seating 

Wheelchair accessible and companion seating is located on all levels of the arena.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Children less than 3 years are permitted into the arena without a ticket, but must have a lap pass.
  • Doors open to the concession areas 2 hours before gametime and open fully to the seating areas 1 hour before gametime.
  • The Lexus Club has a strict business casual dress code.
  • Backpacks are prohibited in the arena.
  • Service animals are the only animals permitted in the arena.
